2019 APRIL – THE NJ JUDGEMENT (Jan 2014) 12-CV-0183 (DMG) (MF) UPDATE – Phil Knight (Defendant) recently tried to convince the Plaintiff in this judgement as well as others who have found the judgement and/or this site that he was not served properly therefore the judgement is not valid.

– That is a 100% fabrication.

Fact: Knight was served at the address he listed on his bogus Virginia lawsuit against Grayson.
Knight lost the case after his lawyer asked to be excused as his attorney once Knight’s lies in the written
document to the court were discovered.

Fact: Documentation from the court from 01.10.2012, the date the complaint was filed to 01.07.2014 when the default judgement was entered will bear witness that Knight was properly served.
